Tomorrow marks the opening day for the newest smartphone on the market, the Blackberry Storm.
You've seen the commercials with the hand picking up the phone and clicking a few times to send a text, and then the Verizon guy with his team are all standing in front of the guy, the camera zooms out and you see the whole city is filled with the network of Verizon workers.
So what is it that makes this such a great phone?
Well for starters it has the highest security features, which is a very big deal for people that are constantly using their phones to view and edit documents and other intellectual property. This is very appealing for business peoples because Blackberry is known for providing the most advanced security features, and now it is mixed together with the latest technological advances.
The Storm features the worlds very first "clickable" screen. What this means is that the touch screen acts just like a normals keyboard, reacting to single and double clicks, and even gestures. If you flip the phone on its side it becomes a keyboard. If you are viewing a document or a picture it too will turn allowing the convience of being comfortable with all viewing.
So far so good. You have the internet running on the 3G with a full HTML browser, Global connectivity in over 200 countries, a noise canceling earpiece, visual voice mail, Bluetooth capabilities, a 3.2 megapixle camera, expandable SD memory, streaming multimedia and so much more.

This phone kicks ass. This phone will kick the Iphones ass as well. Because the Storm appeals not only to the younger generation with all of it's latest technologies, but is also appeals to the business community with all of it's business capabilities.
It comes out tommorow, the 21 in Verizon stores everywhere. To learn more about the Storm check out here.
